Ive been meaning to take this test.     -a personality typology test.

In all honesty I did take it when I was feeling really really down. I answer honestly both times.
In my down state I scored INFJ

In my day to day mode I scored ENFJ

Introveted versus Extroverted. All in all I want to think my "day to day" score is what I want to be and not what I really would be typed as.In this state of being that I have been in its hard to trust my own judgement. In trying to find myself it makes it very difficult to associate myself with one and not the other.

ENFJ's tend to be more reserved about exposing themselves than other extraverted types

INFJs are rarely at complete peace with themselves - there's always something else they should be doing to improve themselves and the world around them

INFJ-They are, in fact, sometimes mistaken for extroverts because they appear so outgoing and are so genuinely interested in people -- a product of the Feeling function they most readily show to the world.

I genuinely want feedback from those who know me.

  1. This is such a... such a volatile thing. The oversimplification of any person naturally would bring a more introspective person to tears with the inner conflict, quite literally. Good, bad... whatever. Here we are, so lost in the world. Isolated in our own experience, trapped with words that don't exist and the inability to speak them. Personally, the Introvert/Extrovert thing, I find, can be initially very confusing. It makes us feel as though that's who we are... and that's it. I know our types don't really appreciate those sorts of limitations. But, really, it's plain to see that ultimately, you are introverted. Truthfully, Extroverts with the other qualities need people a lot more than you do. Not saying that you don't need people at all, but just look at me... at Rob... then look at Josh, Nathan... who do you really fit in with more in those regards? Fortunately, for you, you're allowed to be somewhat of a contradiction. It's why you've spent your life feeling so isolated. Contradictions are quite simply impossible to truly understand on the whole. I see you with your picture, wearing your dreadfalls... you would think an extrovert would definitely be you, just given that photograph... but why do you do it?
Why did you make them? Who did you make them for? What were you trying to communicate with them? Apply this to anything to do (especially creatively) and it just starts to pool together. And you know what, I'm sure you have. You know who you are, what you're about. These results will make you question just about everything, but leaving you knowing exactly who you are... at least for the moment right?
But they're also not the end-all. I just think how different you and Megan are... same results... you both make perfect sense, you're just on a different part of the spectrum. It's really amazing how specific these are, yet how those qualities can manifest themselves in so many different ways. You said Rob tested ENFP (like I had an incling) but as similar as we are... we're also VERY different. That description still makes a lot of sense for either of us. And you could say that about anyone, but you and I both know that you, or Nathan, or anyone really wouldn't fit that description just as much we don't fit others. I think Rob being and ENFP actually makes a lot of sense, Nathan isn't convinced. His alternative theory I see a lot of validity in too as well, but obviously, you know Rob best. So I'm curious on your thoughts. Alternative: ESTP

  2. This stood out to me exceptionally so... (INFJ) The INFJ is likely to spend a lot of time socialing with family members. If they are religious, they probably are social with members of their religious community. After that, the INFJ may have friends represented from any of the personality types. They are usually extremely intuitive individuals, who will have no patience for anyone they feel is dishonest or corrupt. They'll have no interest in being around these kinds of people.

Need I say more? The religion part I was like... "eh" but your spirituality... I replaced it with that. You just have your own brand, but it doesn't make it any less significant. Either way, it's important to you. Even reading about how their love with their partner can even be viewed as a spiritual experience. How is this not you? The "E" version... isn't cool enough to be you... enough said.

  3. Oh, and one last thing... (for now) You know what you like and what you don't like in people, and think about how you tolerate people that you think aren't terrible people, but you just disagree with the core of their beliefs. I want to name names, but I can't (for obvious reasons).

You have the potential to get stuck in a relationship after it's gone bad, but you know a real bad one when you see it and don't even muck with getting involved. I also heavily responded with how important it is for your type to be spiritually balanced. You strive for that balance actively and openly more than anyone else I know.

  4. I'm not even going to apologize for this... I can't stop myself now... why bother...

    ESTP on friendships

ESTPs are very good with people. They have excellent skills of observation, and know how to act appropriately with all types of people. Consequently, the ESTP can get along with just about any personality type.

The ESTP is not likely to choose to be around all of the personality types. They have little patience for iNtuitive Thinking types, who seem very abstract and theoretical to the ESTP, who values action. The ESTP is likely to choose to be around people who have similar interests to their own - such as sports-oriented interests. They will probably spend time with their friends doing things, rather than just sitting around hanging out.

The ESTP is usually quite popular, because they're enthusiastic, fast-paced, friendly, talkative, and know how to have a good time. Some ESTPs tend to "move on" quickly in life, and don't form very long friendships. Many ESTPs have lifelong friends, because although they take life day by day, they feel tremendous loyal and "brotherhood" towards their peers. They're highly valued by their friends for their fun-loving natures and loyalty.

    I'm sold.

  5. I did alot of research after this and came to the conclusion for me at least about INFJ I wont be ruled by it but its nice to having a helping hand, in writing saying "hey you msy be doing it wrong"
